Queer Lawns

Queer Lawns is based on the stolen lands of the Wurundjeri People and services the land of the Wadawurrung, Bunurong, Dja Dja Wurrung and Taungurung peoples.

We pay our respects to Elders past, present and future and recognize their continuing connection to land, water and community.

We recognise the ongoing harms of colonisation and uphold the human rights of all people to live a life of dignity and peace. We support Indigenous people globally in the attainment of these human rights and to exercise their right to self-determination and national independence, free from persecution, genocide, and occupation.

Sovereignty was never ceded and this always was, and always will be, aboriginal land.
